These Terms govern your use of CLIQTS.com (the “Site”) and any consultation you book through it. By using the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

CLIQTS is operated by Tom Ritter. Services discussed through CLIQTS may be provided and billed by one of the following:

  • Consulting and strategy services: Tom Ritter / CLIQTS
  • Podcast production services: Legal Podcasting
  • AI-search, EEAT article, and blog content services affiliate: Jornio

The entity providing and billing a service will be identified in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Consultations

Consultations are informational. No engagement begins, and no fees are owed, until you accept a written proposal, invoice, or agreement. Any paid engagement is governed by that document, which controls over these Terms if they conflict.

3. No Guarantees

Search engines, maps platforms, social networks, and AI systems control their own rankings and answers. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, citation, traffic, lead, or revenue result. Case studies on the Site describe past work and are not a promise of future results.

4. Site Content

Content on the Site is owned by CLIQTS or its licensors. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy or republish Site content in bulk without permission. Site content is general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLIQTS, Tom Ritter, Legal Podcasting, and Jornio are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a consultation. For any paid service, total liability is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
